SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order minus the shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented in the original order as the bill to Customer.
We do not accept any exchanges for any products.

Please note, we only accept returns from orders placed on rosebeautyredifined.com. Items purchased from rosebeautyredfined.com must be returned to Rose Beauty Redifined Studio, 104 beddington circle N.E, Calgary AB, Canada, T3K 1K6. We highly recommend to purchase tracking information for all returning packages and to forward any information to customer service.
A Customer Service Representative will contact you to process a refund upon receipt of the returned items, if necessary. Should you require further assistance, please email to contact us. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed and additional 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement.
Shipping Details & Charges:
Please allow all orders including Priority & Express methods to process within 2-4 business days especially during holiday sales before your package is shipped. Once the package has left our warehouse with a tracking number and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Undeliverable addresses do include incorrect/insufficient address, no PO Box number refused, or return to sender. Any address mistakes can cause a processing delay of up to 48 hours. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and ship to address.

Delivery time depends on your selected country and handling with the country customs. Delivery for International Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping is by the country’s local postal service.
